Platforms &
business tools.

Off-the-shelf software imposes its rules; yours follows your own. We build the platform a business runs on: accounts and permissions for each kind of user, a trade encoded down to its edge cases, payments, and everything the system does without being asked twice.

What we do
01

Multi-sided platforms

Clients, teams, partners, providers: each with their own account, permissions and view. What one sees is never what another sees.

02

The business core

Your files, your stages, your rules, including the ones no off-the-shelf tool knows about. With the documents and emails that go out on their own, at the right time.

03

Payments and hookups

Charging, subscribing, invoicing. And connecting to what already exists at your end or your partners', including when their interface was never meant for it.

When to call us

Your clients are asking for their own access

They want to follow their file, upload a document, see where things stand, without calling you. A client area gives as much time back to your team as to them.

You sell a service online and everything is manual

Sign-ups, subscriptions, failed-payment chasing, invoices: handled by hand, they cap how many clients you can serve. That is the first ceiling we lift.

Several trades must work on the same file

Each needs part of the information, nobody needs all of it, and today it travels by email. A platform gives everyone their own view without multiplying copies.

Your business runs on a shared spreadsheet

It worked fine until now. Today two people type in it at once, nobody knows which version is authoritative, and a row deleted by mistake never comes back.

You retype the same data from one tool to another

The same client exists in three tools that don't talk to each other, and someone spends their week bridging them. That is exactly the work software does better.

What you receive
01

The platform in production, hosted and backed up

02

Your data migrated, checked, exportable at any time

03

The deployment and restore procedure, written down

Out of scope

What we don't do.

·

Installing and configuring off-the-shelf software (ERP, CRM): not our trade, and an integrator will do it better.

·

Migrating data that exists only on paper, with nobody available to check it.

·

Promising synchronisation with a third-party tool before checking its interface actually allows it.

Frequent questions

They get migrated, not abandoned. We start from your files or your existing tool, convert them, and above all have you review a sample before switching over: that is when the duplicates and edge cases nobody mentioned come to light.

Yes, at any time and without asking us. Export is part of the product from the start, not an exit option. The database is yours, hosted on your own accounts, and the procedure to back it up and restore it is written down.

A platform open to your customers is not sized like a tool for ten colleagues, and we don't build the same thing in each case. We start from your real volume and its expected growth; hosting is reinforced later without rewriting everything. Growth is never what costs money: ignoring it at the start is.

It is even recommended. We take the part costing you the most time each week, put it into service, and your colleagues use it for real before we decide what comes next. A business tool designed in one block over six months almost always turns out to miss the point.
