This policy describes how Liminal collects, uses and protects the personal data of this site's visitors and its clients, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller is Hamza Hajjaj, independent web developer trading under the name Liminal, whose registered office is at Place du Tomberg 16, 1200 Brussels, Belgium (company number CBE 1020.634.196). For any question about your data: hello@beliminal.be.
We collect the data you voluntarily provide (name, email address, message content), plus anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement running on a tool we host ourselves. With your consent, that measurement extends to usage events (links clicked, journeys abandoned): the details are in our cookie policy. No sensitive data is collected.
Your data is used to answer your requests, manage the contractual relationship and, where relevant, send you information about our services. It is never sold to third parties.
Contact data is kept for a maximum of twelve months from the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise, then deleted or anonymised.
The site and the data you send us are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus), on servers located in the European Union. Audience measurement runs on a tool we host ourselves, on that same server: no browsing data is passed to a third-party service.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to hello@beliminal.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
